Parking Rate Increases
Transportation & Parking Services has developed a five year plan to address the conditions of campus roadways and parking lots, which we estimate requires $2.8 million in maintenance and repairs. At our current parking rates, which are among the lowest in the CSU, are unable to maintain parking lots and roadways in a way that is consistent with the University’s standards.
In order to address these needs, General and Housing parking rates will increase, effective Fall 2018. We are sensitive to the financial burden that students face and will implement the increase over five years. For Fall 2018 and Spring 2019, the new rate for General and Housing semester parking will be $102.
