Student Parking Refund Related to COVID-19 Information
Due to the transition to remote instruction for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester, Transportation & Parking Services is making an exception to the usual refund policy to allow for one-time refunds of Spring 2020 parking permits. Consistent with refunds for housing and meal plans, all refunds will be effective on April 1.
It is not required to request a refund of your permit. If you will continue to access the limited campus services this semester, you should consider keeping your permit to be able to access campus parking. If you would like to request a refund, please complete this questionnaire. Due to limited operations at the University at this time, please be patient, we will process refunds as soon as possible.
The amount for refunds of General Permits is $47.00 and Reserved Permits is $111.00. Students will be refunded on their original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card). If you paid via e-check, then a check will be mailed to the address provided on the above questionnaire.
You do not need to return your permit to campus. However, please understand that your permit will no longer be valid and you will be expected to purchase a daily parking permit if you return to campus this semester.
